Course Description
”This module will help young minds to design and develop games and animations. With MIT Scratch, students will learn to build their own Game and explore how to apply basic Mathematics while developing a game.
While this is super fun to build games in MIT scratch, the focus is on reinforcing key concepts used in Game Development such as problem-solving, creating algorithmic sequences and storyboarding multiple pages in a fun way.
Unlike traditional programming — where it can take days of coding just to get something going — MIT Scratch lets you create animated graphics and sound in a few minutes, just by dragging blocks around. This puts the focus on the concepts and allows you to quickly create program allowing you to see concepts in action that would take years to learn in conventional programming.
