Course Description
‘In this 3D printing course, we’ll go through the foundations of 3D printing. This course is intended for beginners who want to learn how a 3D printer works and how to get from a blank 3D design canvas to a finished physical print.
This course’s goal is to help you develop your design skills by guiding you through a series of enjoyable 3D printed projects. We start with some simple designs before moving on to more advanced modelling approaches.
You’ll have an arsenal of new tools and approaches to help you tackle your next bright idea by the end of the course.

- Installing Cura & Setting Up Cura, Slicing, Layer Thickness, Infill Percentage, Supports, Bed Adhesion, Extruder Temperature, Print Speed, Loading Filament , Standard issues and resolution, Customizing Your Print Settings
- TinkedCAD/Google Sketchup Initiation, Shapes, Hull, Moving and Transformation of shapes, Translate, Combine shapes or subtracting, Rotate and Mirror Shapes
- Designing elements > Preparing in Cura and Finally 3D printing and finishing.
